Julie Calder - Owner
Julie has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries. While working for a large real estate firm she had the opportunity to start their property management division. Soon after starting and growing that division, Julie discovered that she had a passion for property management and wanted to give it a go on her own. She enjoys getting to know building owners, looking after their properties as if they were her own, and meeting and forming positive relationships with the tenants of each property.
Julie runs Gemstone Property Management on the basis of Respect, Integrity, and Loyalty.
