Can you hold a place before I apply?

Unfortunately not.

Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Only the first month’s rent is required along with the security deposit.

How old do you have to be to apply?

You must be 18 years old to apply.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, is most cases.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply online by filling out an application for an available property.

How do I pay rent?

You can pay online through our tenant portal or by check.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Contact us. Pets need prior approval and you will need to provide a pet deposit before they can move into your apartment. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your rental agreement.

My roommate wants to move out by I want to stay. What do I do?

You would simply sign a new lease without your roommate on it. If you have a new roommate, you can add them to the lease at this time upon approval.

My lease expiration is coming soon and I want to move out. What do I do?

Please provide a 30 day notice prior to the expiration of your rental agreement.

Do I need to have renter’s insurance?

Yes, you must have renters insurance.
